Jordan Brand finally gives us a low cut companion to a 2019 fan favorite release with the Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Obsidian". Originally constructed as high top tribute to Michael Jordan's college days, this new low top version continues the subversion of the traditional Tar Heel palette by adding obsidian to the toe, eyestay and swoosh to go along with powder blue on the heel, and sail on the toe, side and tongue of the tumbled leather upper. Obsidian also hits the Wings logo on the heel tab, laces and lining, as well as sharing the tongue tag with powder blue Nike Air branding. A sail midsole with an obsidian rubber outsole finishes off this now trimmed down ode to MJ's alma mater.
